GENERAL HIRE CONDITIONS

Anyone wishing to hire equipment must be over the age of 18, unless you have a guarantor who is prepared to be bound by our contracted conditions and is willing to sign on your behalf.

Deposits will be required on all hires, our current deposit requirements are; £ 100.00 guaranteed cheque or cash on all hires, except when hiring Technics or Tascam turntables/ twin CD players where the deposit will be £ 150.00.

CHEQUES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN COVERED BY A
VALID BANKERS CARD AND ONLY TO THE VALUE OF THE
BANKERS CARD

Deliveries outside the M25 or that do not meet our criteria for free delivery will incur a delivery charge. Please ask our staff for a quotation.

Three (3) forms of ID will be required on all hires. The following will be accepted as valid identification; Current Passport, Current Driving Licence, Utility Bill in your own name / address, other form of photo ID with current address

If we are called to rectify faulty equipment during the period of your hire and that fault is found to be due to operator (i.e. your) error then a call out charge will be incurred. Please ask our staff for details of our current call out charges.
